Lauren is a Reiki Master and a Certified Spinal Energetics practitioner, trained directly under Dr. Sarah Jane, the founder of Spinal Energetics. She is part of a select group of Canadian practitioners qualified to offer this transformative modality.
Spinal Energetics helps the body release stored tension, emotional blocks, and energetic patterns that no longer serve. Through gentle, intuitive movements and energetic engagement along the spine and nervous system, this work supports the body in unwinding stress, increasing energetic flow, and reconnecting to its natural state of balance. Many clients experience emotional release, greater clarity, improved nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of inner alignment.
